DO I NEED MY OWN BOOTS?
IS IT EASY TO GET USED TO THE BOOTS?
Most people get adjusted to the boots within 5 minutes. It’s unlike anything you've tried (and you are suddenly much taller!) but people quickly adjust to the feeling of the boots and are ready to start bouncing within minutes!
WHAT DO I BRING TO CLASS?
You are required to wear a pair of long (thick) socks. Please bring a bottle of water, towel, and LOTS of ENERGY!
HOW LONG IS CLASS?
Classes are 1hr which includes time to get fitted, warm up and cool down. Please arrive 5-10min early to get fitted into your boots and get comfortable if it is your first class. Most new clients are ready after just a few minutes!
IS THIS CLASS FOR BEGINNERS?

What should I wear?
What is the refund policy?
It is my first class, is there anything I need to know?
I have bad knees. Am I able to do this class?Absolutely yes! Kangoo Jumps started as a rehabilitation boots for those who had knee and back surgery and wanted to get back into walking/running. The boots take 80% of the impact off of the knees and joints so you can workout without the pain and soreness caused by regular gym shoes. We encourage you to try it and let your body decide!
I'm scared to fall. Are the boots safe?Totally safe and stable! Kangoo Jumps are very easy to use and takes about 5-10 mins for you to get the hang of it. Safety is our main priority and we will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in class. Don't worry about falling here!
Do you provide the boots for class?Yes! We have them available to you to use until you're ready to buy your own.
How long is the class? The actual beginner workout will be about 40 mins.
How much is membership? We have a variety of membership options to choose from. Once you take your free intro class then we can discuss the one that works best for your schedule and specific needs.
What do I need to wear? Please wear long socks - at least mid-calf - and a supportive sports bra (or two lol) Don't forget some water and your smile :)
I don't have any coordination or dancing skills. Is this a problem?Nope we don't care and neither should you! Come bounce and shake those calories off.
I'm over 50. Should I even bother to try it?Yes this class is for all ages and many of our members are older. As long as you are approved to workout then you can bounce.
