DO I NEED MY OWN BOOTS?

IS IT EASY TO GET USED TO THE BOOTS?

Most people get adjusted to the boots within 5 minutes. It’s unlike anything you've tried (and you are suddenly much taller!) but people quickly adjust to the feeling of the boots and are ready to start bouncing within minutes!

WHAT DO I BRING TO CLASS?

You are required to wear a pair of long (thick) socks. Please bring a bottle of water, towel, and LOTS of ENERGY! 

HOW LONG IS CLASS?

Classes are 1hr which includes time to get fitted, warm up and cool down.  Please arrive 5-10min early to get fitted into your boots and get comfortable if it is your first class. Most new clients are ready after just a few minutes! 

IS THIS CLASS FOR BEGINNERS?

Yes, Kangoo Jumps classes are suitable for multi-level fitness participants. We often have new people in each class!  Each movement is taught in a progression with modifications of intensity by a licensed and experienced Instructor.

Becoming a member of Bounce Fit Club was one of the best health conscious decisions I've ever made. It's an excellent workout with endless benefits. Omg! I loved it! It was so fun and a very intense workout. I was drenched! The music is fun to! If you want to lose weight, this is the place😁 I just started working out so it was hard at first but I didn’t give up and kept going.  Unlike Zumba, I got a lot out of this class plus I sleep so much better now. 

This place is the real deal! I'm fifty-six years old, and not as active as I should be, due to bone on bone knee problems. LaRobin the instructor is awesome and very patient.  I'm addicted and can't wait until tomorrow's class!
