DO I NEED MY OWN BOOTS?
IS IT EASY TO GET USED TO THE BOOTS?
Most people get adjusted to the boots within 5 minutes. It’s unlike anything you've tried (and you are suddenly much taller!) but people quickly adjust to the feeling of the boots and are ready to start bouncing within minutes!
WHAT DO I BRING TO CLASS?
You are required to wear a pair of long (thick) socks. Please bring a bottle of water, towel, and LOTS of ENERGY!
HOW LONG IS CLASS?
Classes are 1hr which includes time to get fitted, warm up and cool down. Please arrive 5-10min early to get fitted into your boots and get comfortable if it is your first class. Most new clients are ready after just a few minutes!
IS THIS CLASS FOR BEGINNERS?
Yes, Kangoo Jumps classes are suitable for multi-level fitness participants. We often have new people in each class! Each movement is taught in a progression with modifications of intensity by a licensed and experienced Instructor.
